- The negotiated special rate is available from the 2nd June until 6th June 2010 inclusive
- A conference bus will travel to all three of the named hotels each day both in the morning and the evening
- All three of the hotels are about a 10 minute drive (7km) from the town center and about 20 minutes from Larnaca Airport (13km)
- They are located on the same stretch of Larnaca bay as Intercollege-Larnaca and are about a 5 minute drive from the conference venue
- Taxi fares are around 20-25 Euros for transport to the airport, and about 15 Euro from the hotel to the town center of Larnaca
